The Information we collect

By law we are required to collect certain information about our clients and their pets.

Whenever it is reasonable and practicable to do so, we only collect information about our clients and their pets which is reasonably necessary to:

• provide the client with services and products
• maintain their contact details

We generally hold personal information relating to:

• services and products we provide or have provided to the clients and their pets
• our clients' contact details

How this information is used

We only disclose personal information about our clients for the purpose for which it was disclosed to us or related purposes which would reasonably be expected without their permission. For example for pet insurance claim forms.

We do not sell information to other organisations.

We may disclose personal information to other vets (eg.veterinary specialists) who provide services in connection with our products and services.

Keeping information accurate at all times

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we hold is accurate as possible. Our clients are able to contact us at anytime and ask for correction if they change their details.
